Plumbing, Heating & Gas Boiler Repairs
Boiler repairs and central heating fault finding require diagnostic work and are chargeable as shown below.
All charges are transparent.
There is a one hour minimum charge, thereafter charged at 30 minute increments. Charges start from arrival at your property until the job is finished.
All rates exclude the cost of materials at retail cost.
Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
- No call out charge
- 1 hour minimum labour: £80.00
At All Other Times (including emergency call outs):
- No call out charge
- 1 hour minimum labour: £105.00 (Prebooked: £80.00)
Over fifty per cent of gas heating repairs are completed in the first hour.
However, if this is not the case, by the end of the first hour, diagnosis will be given and if possible, a quotation and timescale for work to be carried out.
Heat Pump & System Repairs
Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
- No call out charge
- 1 hour minimum labour: £120.00
At All Other Times (including emergency call outs):
Prior arrangement.
Gas Boiler Servicing.
Maintains the warranty of your new boiler. (Many boiler manufacturers void the warranty if not serviced annually).

Boiler servicing
- Conventional gas boilers. (Heat , system boilers) £90.00
- High efficiency gas condensing and combination boilers: £90.00
- Gas back boilers (includes back boiler & fire front): £90.00
- Gas fires: £90.00
- Additional gas appliances (during same visit): £55.00
- Unvented / pressurised hot water cylinder inspection £90.00 (£55.00 with boiler service) (Excluding Parts if required).
- Boiler manufacturers warranty period servicing. £90.00.
- Heat exchanger descaling. Price given on request.
Landlords gas safety Certificate (CP12);
- Boiler service including certificate £105.00
- Boiler service & cooker check including certificate £125.00
- Boiler service & additional appliances £108.00 plus £55.00 per appliance including certificate.
- Gas back boilers (includes back boiler & fire front): £108.00
Additional consumables such as gaskets or seals may be required, dependent on the make of boiler.
Heat Pump Servicing
Air Source Heat pump service, including unvented cylinder inspection £220.00.
Any parts, additional anti-freeze or repairs are not included in the price.
Annual service reminder will be sent to regular customers.
